how much is delivery?

Standard delivery within the UK is £4.50. Next-day delivery is £7.00.

when will i receive my order?

For standard delivery, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 working days.

We also offer next-day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm. Next-day delivery orders placed between Friday 1pm and Monday 1pm will be dispatched Monday for next-day delivery.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.

where do you deliver?

We deliver to most postal addresses in the UK mainland.

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe an address is not secure (e.g. a communal address or PO Box). If this affects your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK at the moment.

how do i track my order?

You can track your parcel's journey using the link in your dispatch email. If your order is taking longer than expected, or if the tracking information provided is unclear, please contact us so we can investigate.

i've received the wrong item. what should i do?

We do our best to fulfil orders accurately, so we're really sorry if we got it wrong! Please get in touch with us and we'll organise an exchange as quickly as possible.

i've received a faulty item. what should i do?

Please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement.

an item is missing from my order. what should i do?

There may be times when our distribution centre is unable to fulfil part of your order. In this case, we may source your items from one of our stores instead. This means your order will be sent in multiple parcels, but we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email each time a parcel is on its way to you.

my items have different delivery times. will i be charged multiple delivery fees?

You will only be charged one delivery fee. However, in order to reduce packaging and carbon emissions on each delivery, we will send all items in the order together within the latest delivery time frame indicated. If you need some items sooner, please place separate orders.

i’m having a problem buying from your website. what should i do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, giving us as much information about what has gone wrong, so we can do our best to help you process your order.

i haven’t received an order confirmation. what should i do?

Occasionally our emails will find themselves in your spam folder. If it isn't there, please get in touch so we can investigate.

can i cancel or amend an order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel or amend an order once it's placed. You may, of course, return any unsuitable items to us.

If you need to update your delivery details (e.g. to select a safe place for your parcel to be left), please contact us as soon as possible.

what payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

how do i use a promo code?

Simply enter it into the discount code box at checkout. If your promo code doesn't work as expected, please contact us so we can help.

why hasn’t my payment been accepted?

If you're having difficulty placing an online order due to a failed payment, this is because it can't be verified.

It could be that your computer is blocking the pop up for 3D secure authentication (this is an added layer of security we use to prevent fraud and keep you safe online). We recommend trying an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

what is your returns policy?

We want you to feel good about fashion, so if an item wasn’t perfect and you wish to return it, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us, you will have a further 14 days to return the items.

Items must be returned clean, unworn, with original tags intact and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and tights cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their packaging. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact.

The above exclusions do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

how do i return my order?

You can return your order via our Returns page. You will need your email address and order number, which you'll find at the top of the invoice you received with your order, or in your order confirmation email.

are there any charges for returns?

There is a charge of £4.50 to cover shipping and admin costs for all returns unless items are faulty or incorrect. This will be deducted from any amount due to be refunded to you.

how soon will i get my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us.

do you have a store?

We currently have two stores located in London and Bristol.

the item/size i want has sold out. will it be coming back?

We may have additional stock or sizes in one of our stores – please contact us and we'd be happy to check for you.

Unfortunately, in many cases, once something has sold out, it's gone for good. You can always check back in case we have a return.

what climate projects do you support?

We have funded a number of innovative climate projects globally and right here in the UK, including reforestation, Amazonian rainforest preservation, wind power, hydropower, and solar power.

We aim to plant at least 20,000 trees each year, and through our partnerships with Switch2Zero and Ecologi, we have planted more than 100,000 trees to date, removing around 90.5t of CO2 from the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell gift cards.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping.

i’ve sent you an email but haven’t heard back. what should i do?

We do our best to respond to every customer enquiry within 48 hours, but we're a small team so it can sometimes take a little longer than we'd like! Our office is closed on weekends and bank holidays, so if your enquiry is urgent, please call us on 0117 959 0011.
