We want you to feel good about fashion, so if an item wasn’t perfect and you wish to return it, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us, you will have a further 14 days to return the items.
Items must be returned clean, unworn, with original tags intact and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and tights cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their packaging. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact.
The above exclusions do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Simply click here to return your order via Royal Mail. You will need to enter your email address and order number. You'll find your order number at the top of the invoice you received with your order, or in your order confirmation email.
If you would like to return your order via another carrier, please enclose your returns slip within the package and send it to: Noatum Logistics, Unit B, 38K Warehouse, Dolphin Way, Purfleet, Essex, UK, RM19 1NZ
We suggest using a tracked service to send items back to ensure they get to us safely and keeping your proof of postage as unfortunately we are not able to accept responsibility or reimburse for any lost or damaged items.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.
There is a charge of £4.50 to cover shipping and admin costs for all returns via our Royal Mail portal unless items are faulty or incorrect. This will be deducted from any amount due to be refunded to you.
If you are returning your order via another carrier, no return fee will be deducted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. If after this time you have not received your refund, please get in touch at customer-services@allgoodthings.co.uk
We are currently unable to offer postal exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
